Sonia’s Easy Pumpkin Cheese Cake


2 cheese cake shells
1 30 ounce pumpkin pie mix
2 8 ounces lite or any cream cheese
1/4 cup brown splenda or 3/4 cup regular sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 eggs or 5 egg whites
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a bowl beat eggs with sugar. Combine with rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into shells and bake for about 55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

* I like it with vanilla bean ice cream.
