Open Face Mustard Tuna/Chicken Sandwich


1 can 12.5 albacore white tuna
1 can 12.5 chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 onion cut into tiny pieces
2/3 yellow mustard
1/3 dijon mustard
4 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup good honey
1 lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 tomatoes cut into 1/2 inches rounds
8 slices swiss cheese
cayenne pepper
loaf french bread

Drain tuna and chicken, then mix first 10 ingredients. Open bread and place mix on top. Top mix with tomatoes, cheese and cayenne pepper. Broil until done

The one in the left has lite cheese – on the right just as the recipe calls

FYI- Mustard seeds are high in antioxidants and are nutrient dense with selenium, which is known to have anti-inflammatory properties.
